Kathryn Barnett,
Director
Mrs. Barnett, a
recipient of Who's Who Among America's Teachers in 1998 and 2000, holds a
Master's Certificate in Dance and is a teacher certified in NJ K-12. Her positive energy has influenced her students to achieve
not only a high level of dance training but self confident poise as well.
Mrs. Barnett has won numerous choreography and entertainment awards and is
a dance instructor at the
Red Bank Charter School and
First Friends -
Summer Friends Pre-school in Matawan.

At the Kathryn
Barnett School of Dance you will find skilled and understanding teachers
and staff trained to ensure that your child's dance training will be a
positive experience. Your child's individual capabilities will be
carefully observed and developed in a caring yet disciplined atmosphere.
Karin Pietruska,
Assistant Director - A National Dance Champion and Choreographer, Miss
Pietruska is celebrating more than 13 seasons with the Kathryn Barnett
School of Dance. She brings excitement to all her tap, jazz, and ballet
classes.
Alice Wenzel,
Office Manager - Alice has been associated with the Kathryn Barnett School
of Dance for over 24 years. She is in charge of all accounting and
bookkeeping for the studio and is there to assist both parents and
students.
Katie Serkin,
Instructor - Ballet, tap, and jazz - A dancer for all of her life, Miss
Serkin has been teaching for over five years. Her choreography was
recently performed at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia at a
Philadelphia 76ers VS Miami Heat game.
 Nikkia Stanton,
Instructor - Modern and jazz - Nikkia has a B.S. from Stockton with a
minor in dance. A previous member of Phildanco, Miss Stanton brings
her modern dance expertise to the dance studio dancer syllabus.
Gabrielle Barnett,
Instructor - Jazz and lyrical - Gabrielle, a dance major at the
University of the Arts, brings the latest innovations to the dance and
musical theater programs. |
